How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 3-6 months in advance, especially for peak season (July-August). However, we often have availability for shorter notice bookings, so it's always worth checking.
Do I need a license to operate a boat?
No, you don't need a license. We provide comprehensive training and a full briefing before you set off. Our boats are designed to be easy to operate for beginners.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Our boats are equipped for all weather conditions. However, if conditions are unsafe, we can reschedule your booking. We monitor weather forecasts and will contact you if there are any concerns.
Can I bring pets?
Yes! We welcome well-behaved pets on most of our boats. Please mention this when booking so we can ensure you have a pet-friendly boat.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 4 weeks before your booking date. Cancellations made 2-4 weeks before receive a 50% refund. Please see our full terms and conditions for details.
